Today's Work Update
- ✅ CRUD functionality is mostly completed and working properly.
- ✅ Edit (Update) functionality is working as expected.
- ✅ Insert functionality is working correctly in both CRUD and Vertical views.

❌ Delete functionality is not working.
- The Delete API is being called with an undefined ID.
- The frontend is calling:
DELETE /api/doctors/del/undefined- Because the record ID is not being passed from the frontend, the API returns 404 Not Found.
- The backend receives the request, but the correct Primary Key needs to be sent from the frontend.

⚠ Backend currently has only GET and POST methods.
- Need to implement/support:
- DELETE API
- PUT/PATCH (Update) API (if required)
- Remaining CRUD endpoints.

⚠ UI Issue
- After clicking Save, the record is inserted successfully.
- The table refreshes correctly.
- However, the input fields are not cleared after saving.
- The previously entered values remain in the form.
- The input fields should be reset after a successful insert.
Observation
Request URL:
http://localhost:9012/api/doctors/del/undefined
Status:
404 Not Found
Root Cause:
The Delete API is being called without passing the record ID (Primary Key).
Once the correct ID is sent from the frontend,
the Delete functionality should work properly.
